The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for bank transfers and e-wallets, and the equivalent of MYR 100 for cryptocurrency withdrawals.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (e.g., baccarat, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%); certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and free spins expire within 7 calendar days of isuance if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus balances are removed from the Account without compensation.

A bet is not accepted until confirmation is displayed on-screen and reflected in your Account transaction history. In the event of a technical error or system failure, bets that have not been fully confirmed may be voided without penalty to the player.
pusat123 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including manifest pricing errors, incorrect event data, or system-generated eroneous odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the player's Account.
